•Provide technical and administrative support to the FAST-Sales team.
•Assist in managing customer data, order processing, and system entries.
•Ensure accurate and timely execution of routine tasks.
•Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and streamline workflow.
•Maintain proper logs and documentation.
•Work in rotational shifts and ensure shift handovers are conducted smoothly.
Additional Requirement
•Basic understanding of customer support or technical operations.
•Proficient in using web-based applications and office software.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening).
