Job Purpose
Responsible for driving leasing strategy, revenue growth, and portfolio performance across commercial and industrial assets through effective sales planning, pricing, and market engagement. The role leads team performance, supports executive reporting, and ensures compliance, continuous improvement, and governance requirements.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
• Develop and implement strategic sales and leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue across commercial and industrial properties.
• Identify target tenant segments and market opportunities.
• Establish pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and company objectives.
• Achieve leasing targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Portfolio Management
• Oversee leasing activities for the commercial property portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tenant demand to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure optimal tenant mix across commercial and industrial asset.
Team Leaders
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Business Account – Commercial team to achieve performance targets.
• Set KPIs, track team performance, and provide regular coaching and guidance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance review.
Report
• Support the preparation, consolidation, and formatting of executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and correspondence.
• Ensure reports are prepared accurately, submitted on time, and aligned with organizational standards and branding.
• Maintain trackers for KPIs, partnerships documentation, and executive requests as direct.
