Position: Online Travel Sales Executive (UAE Experience Required)
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Online Travel Sales Executive to manage incoming inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate must have UAE tourism experience, excellent communication skills, and strong sales ability across tours, activities, and attraction tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all online inquiries through WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings for:
- City tours
- Desert safaris
- Dhow/cruise dinners
- Other Emirates tours
- Attraction tickets
- UAE tour packages
- Provide accurate information, pricing, and package details to clients.
- Follow up with potential customers consistently to maximize conversions.
- Maintain daily bookings, sales reports, and client records.
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth tour arrangements.
- Upsell and cross-sell tours and ticket options to increase revenue.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE tourism/travel industry experience (mandatory).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven track record.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Good knowledge of UAE attractions, city tours, and excursion packages.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, email, and basic office tools.
- Customer-focused, confident, and professional communication.
