GeoSearch is actively seeking a UAS Senior Sales Consultant to drive inbound sales by delivering expert guidance and processing orders to establish the company as a leader in the commercial drone market. This role contributes to customer satisfaction, market trend awareness, and team collaboration to support sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level consultation and guidance to potential customers, staying informed on market trends, new products, and industry developments.
  • Process orders accurately, including booking, invoicing, and client onboarding, ensuring a smooth sales experience.
  • Respond to and close inbound sales leads, delivering personalized follow-ups to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conduct new product research and assist team members with sales strategies, sharing insights to improve collective performance.
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer inquiries, escalate complex issues, and maintain high service standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase drone capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales materials and educational content to support customers' onboarding and retention.
  • When appropriate, distribute leads to other sales staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Initiate outbound sales calls and emails to existing customers, fostering long-term relationships and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Prospect and research new potential clients through targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging industry networks and lead generation tools to expand the customer base beyond inbound leads.
