UFit Receptionist / Client Coordinator – Job Description
Position Overview:
UFit is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Client Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our families. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment, managing daily operations at the front desk, supporting client onboarding, and ensuring an excellent overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/out clients, families, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized, and positive environment
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Reach out to new leads and schedule 30-minute consultations
- Conduct 30-minute consultations with families, explain UFit services, and guide them through the onboarding process
- Follow up with leads who have not yet converted into active clients
- Coordinate and manage client schedules, including rescheduling, cancellations, and make-ups
- Ensure all waivers, paperwork, and authorizations are properly completed and up to date
- Maintain accurate client records and attendance logs
- Communicate with coaching staff regarding daily schedules and updates
Client Experience & Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with families and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Check in with parents regularly to gather feedback and ensure positive experiences
- Handle basic questions, concerns, or issues professionally before escalating to management when needed
Additional Responsibilities (as needed):
- Assist with maintaining session flow and identifying scheduling gaps
- Support event coordination, sign-ups, and front desk operations during events
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry and tracking attendance or client information
- Help promote programs, camps, and events to current and prospective families

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
