Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging UGC-style video content for social media platforms
• Write scripts and develop creative concepts for short-form videos
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos (Reels, TikTok-style videos, paid ads)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce performance-driven content
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats
• Optimize content for engagement and conversions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UGC Content Creator (mandatory)
• Strong portfolio showcasing past work (required for consideration)
• Confident and natural on-camera presence
• Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills
• Experience with video shooting and editing tools
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends
• Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating content for eCommerce or digital brands
• Understanding of paid ads content strategy
• Ability to adapt to different brand tones and styles
