For this role and responsibility level:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in UGC & digital marketing for female fashion brand e-commerce / fashion / retail, with a clear track record of growing sales via paid ads and building social media pages.

Core skills

  • Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for sales / conversion campaigns, not just awareness.
  • Ability to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns for ROAS and CPA.
  • Organic social media growth: content calendars, captions, reels, stories, basic editing.
  • UGC (User Generated Content):
  • Finding and managing creators/influencers
  • Briefing them
  • Getting regular UGC content and turning it into ads.
  • Brand management: consistent look & feel, tone of voice, brand guidelines.
  • Basic design skills (Canva / Figma / Adobe) for social posts & ads.
  • Strong copywriting for ads, product posts, captions, and landing pages.
  • Comfortable with numbers & reports: Meta/Google dashboards, GA, basic Excel/Sheets.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with female fashion brands or women’s clothing.
  • Experience managing online stores (Shopify / WooCommerce / custom), marketplaces (Daraz, etc.).
  • Knowledge of email/SMS marketing tools.
  • Basic understanding of pixel/tracking, events, and retargeting.

Soft skills

  • Strong ownership mindset – treats the brand like their own.
  • Can plan monthly targets and report weekly on progress.
  • Good communication skills in English & Urdu.
  • Ability to work on-site with the team (you can add city/area).

We are a growing women’s & kids’ fashion brand looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to take full ownership of our online presence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and Google with a clear focus on sales growth, ROAS, and cost per purchase.
  • Grow our organic social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) through regular posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all digital touchpoints (visuals, tone of voice, messaging).
  • Build and manage a UGC creator/influencer network – reach out, coordinate, brief, and collect regular content.
  • Turn UGC and brand content into high-performing ad creatives (static + video).
  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaign plans (launches, sales, new collections).
  • Monitor daily performance, prepare weekly & monthly reports (sales, ROAS, CPA, follower growth, engagement, etc.) and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with the design, product, and sales teams to align marketing with collection launches and business targets.
  • Manage and optimize our website / online store and support marketplace sales (e.g., Daraz), if applicable.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (performance + social), preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of growing online sales through paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing: targeting, funnels, lookalikes, retargeting, A/B testing, and scaling winners.
  • Experience in organic social media growth: reels, stories, captions, engagement strategies.
  • UGC is a must – experience working with content creators/influencers and turning UGC into campaigns.
  • Basic skills in Canva / Figma / Adobe for making and editing social media creatives.
  • Good copywriting skills for ads, captions, and product stories.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and platforms like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and meet targets & deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
