UI Designer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a UI Designer with 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in product, web, and app design. The ideal candidate blends creativity with strategic design thinking, capable of crafting user interfaces that are visually compelling, functional, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete UI design process—from concept, wireframing, and prototyping to final high-fidelity execution.
• Translate business and product requirements into intuitive user flows and scalable layouts.
• Build and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Conduct design audits and usability tests to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with developers to deliver pixel-perfect and high-performance interfaces.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools for ideation, automation, and asset generation.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, tools, and visual design best practices.

Requirements
Must Have

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in UI/Product/Visual Design (not UX-focused).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI projects with emphasis on layout, color, hierarchy, and interaction details.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, FigJam, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of design systems, prototyping, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Sketch, Axure, or Zeplin.
• Exposure to AI design tools or workflow automation tools.
• Experience with analytics/collaboration tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and Miro.
• Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
