UI Designer

About Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate user needs and product requirements into polished, engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and user friendly.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual assets to communicate design concepts.
• Maintain consistency across applications through style guides, design systems, and UI patterns.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure designs align with branding guidelines and product goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–4 years of experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interface design, visual design, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Good collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience designing for SaaS or ERP products (e.g., Odoo).
• Basic knowledge of front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
