UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Use Figma at an expert level to design, prototype, and maintain UI/UX deliverables.
• Maintain clear, scalable Figma file structures and shared libraries.
• Build and evolve Design Systems using Components, Variants, and Variables.
• Apply Auto-Layout extensively to create flexible, maintainable, and responsive layouts.
• Design high-quality mobile app interfaces following iOS and Android platform guidelines.
• Create responsive layouts for web and mobile experiences.
• Produce confident, high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
• Collaborate with developers using Figma Dev Mode to support accurate handoff.
• Inspect and understand CSS properties from the browser to ensure feasibility and consistency.
• Design within and adapt to the constraints and capabilities of the OutSystems low-code platform.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and developers to iterate and refine designs.
• Developing and maintaining user-facing features, an interactive and seamless user experience across strategic planning and digital transformation projects.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, scalability and maintainability of the clients digital assets.
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and resolving any issues that may arise from differences in browser behavior.
• Writing comprehensive documentation for design patterns to facilitate team collaboration and future development.
• Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and recommending the adoption of new tools or methodologies to improve the development process.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and any related field.
• 3 - 5 Years experience within the same or similar role.
