UI Developer

Key Responsibilities

1. Convert Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (basic).
2. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design principles.
3. Optimize pages for speed, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
4. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to implement new features.
5. Maintain and improve existing website front-end codebase.
6. Use version control (Git) and follow best practices for clean, maintainable code.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5 years of professional experience in HTML/CSS front-end development (or strong portfolio for senior).

Strong knowledge of:

1. HTML5, CSS3, Sass/SCSS or LESS.
2. Responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
3. Basic JavaScript/jQuery for UI interactions.
4. Familiarity with cross-browser issues and performance optimization.
5. Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility (ARIA).
6. Experience with tools such as Git, npm, or build tools (Webpack/Gulp) is a plus.

Nice-to-Have
1. Experience with React, Vue, or other front-end frameworks.
2. Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
3. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Soft Skills

1. Strong attention to detail and design fidelity.

2. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

3. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
