UI Front End Designer (Internal Tools)

RedCloud seeks a Front End UX/UI Designer (Internal Tools) to support immediate client operations. Overview:
We’re looking for a UI-focused designer with a passion for aesthetics and usability to craft visually stunning, intuitive interfaces for internal enterprise tools. This role emphasizes design excellence and front-end user experience.
Must be able to support East Coast working hours.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design beautiful, functional interfaces for internal tools, focusing on clarity, consistency, and visual appeal.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
• Develop user flows and wireframes that prioritize simplicity and elegance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
• Advocate for pixel-perfect execution, ensuring designs translate accurately into code.
• Maintain alignment with brand guidelines while pushing for innovative, modern UI patterns.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design for web applications with an emphasis on aesthetics and usability.
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with Google Suite for collaboration.
• Ability to work East Coast hours and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Comfortable partnering with engineering teams (no coding required, but familiarity with front-end development is a plus).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating delightful user experiences.
• Experience designing for enterprise or internal tools.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Interest in leveraging AI/ML-driven features for enhanced user experiences.

Compensation range for position is $ 144,000 – 160,000 DOE.
