UI UX Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with a background in Computer Science and strong graphic design experience to craft seamless, visually appealing, and user-centric digital products. This role blends creativity, design thinking, and technical understanding to deliver interfaces that delight users and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions.
• UI Design: Develop clean, modern, and visually engaging interfaces with consistent typography, color schemes, and branding.
• Graphic Design: Design marketing assets, illustrations, banners, and visuals to support product launches and campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered designs.
• Usability Testing: Identify usability issues and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest UI/UX and graphic design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with proven graphic design experience.
• Technical Skills:
• UI/UX tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Front-End Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (plus point).
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and graphic design work (social media creatives, marketing assets, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
