UI UX Designer (Web)

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer for our team.

Experience Required: 1.5 - 2 years

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote) | Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Annual increments and performance-based bonuses.

Two company-sponsored onsite meetings per year.

Collaborative team environment.

Security support: Female employees can be accompanied by a family member during onsite visits.

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us build scalable, user-friendly, and visually stunning digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma (with strong focus on Auto-layouts & design systems).

- Create responsive web designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile with a mobile-first approach.

- Apply website accessibility standards to ensure inclusive design.

- Collaborate with developers (basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS required).

- Build and maintain scalable design systems.

- Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and gather user insights.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

- Strong portfolio with responsive web and mobile projects.

- Proficiency in Figma (Auto-layouts, components, variants, libraries).

- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

- Familiarity with accessibility standards.

- Experience with design systems for scalability and consistency.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
