UiPath Architect (Qatar)

Job Title: UiPath Architect (RPA & Intelligent Automation)

Job Location: Qatar (Onsite/Hybrid)

Employement Type: Contract (1 year engagement)

Role Overview:

We are supporting a large transformation program in Qatar and are looking for a senior UiPath Architect to lead the end-to-end automation journey — from discovery to delivery to production support.

This is a high-impact, single-point-of-contact role where you will drive automation across departments such as Finance, Procurement, Legal, Budget, and Shared Services .

Responsibilities:

• Conduct automation discovery & presales workshops with business stakeholders
• Identify, prioritize, and document high-impact RPA & IDP (Document Understanding) use-cases
• Design UiPath solution architecture (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, governance)
• Lead end-to-end implementation of automations (RPA + DU/IDP)
• Own production support , monitoring, enhancements, and stability
• Partner with UiPath presales and client IT/security teams
• Define ROI, benefits realization, and automation roadmap.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years overall experience with 4+ years hands-on UiPath (Architect/Lead level)
• Strong experience with:

-UiPath Studio & Orchestrator

-REFramework, queues, assets, schedules

• Document Understanding / IDP (OCR, ML models, validation)
• Experience in government / BFSI / regulated enterprise environments is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management & workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently as the primary automation owner

Engagement Model :

• First 6 months: Onsite in Qatar (Doha)

→ Conduct presales workshops, connect with departments, finalize use-cases & documentation

• Remaining period: Offshore delivery

→ Implementation, enhancements, and ongoing support

Location & Preferences:

• Initial location: Qatar (Doha)
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
• GCC experience is a strong plus
