Process Discovery & Opportunity Assessment

▪ Lead process discovery workshops with clinical, administrative, and operational stakeholders to document current-state workflows in detail.

▪ Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities using structured criteria: volume, rule-based logic, error rate, FTE impact, and strategic alignment.

▪ Build automation business cases with quantified ROI projections — FTE savings, cost avoidance, cycle-time reduction, and quality improvement — for presentation to the Director and executive sponsors.

Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour
