Role:UiPath RPA Support & Maintenance Specialist(Contract)

We are looking for an experienced UiPath RPA Support & Maintenance Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining UiPath automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of automations in production, handling incidents, managing infrastructure, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for UiPath automations, including bug fixing and troubleshooting.
- Take knowledge transfer (KT) from developers post hypercare sign-off and own responsibility for future change requests.
- Develop, test, and release functional automation changes back into production based on the Change Requests received from Stakeholders.
- Monitor automations, raise and track incidents in ServiceNow (SNOW), and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
- Manage UiPath infrastructure including licenses, VMs setup, tenant creation, and folder structure management etc. in UiPath Orchestrator
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, explain issues clearly, and seek relevant support when needed.
- Proactively alert stakeholders during downtime or critical issues.
- Handle incident management across P1, P2, P3, and P4 categories.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and best practices in RPA support.
