UI/UX & Creative Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX & Creative Associate who combines design thinking,

And digital execution skills. You will support design initiatives across web, mobile, and brand

Communication

While ensuring intuitive user experiences and visually appealing creative.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in designing intuitive user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, landing pages, and

Dashboards.

2. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.

3. Produce visual assets for digital marketing: social media creative, banners, presentations, email

Templates, etc.

4. Support user research activities such as competitor analysis and feedback gathering.

5. Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to implement cohesive design

Solutions.

6. Ensure brand consistency across all design touch points.

7. Optimize existing screens and creative based on user feedback and analytics.

8. Stay updated on UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.

2. 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or creative design.

3. Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (bonus: After Effects or

Premiere Pro).

4. Basic understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

5. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and creative design projects.

6. Good attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
