About the Role

Our client is seeking a UI/UX Engineer to design, develop, and optimize user-centered digital experiences. This role blends visual design, front-end development, and analytics-driven decision-making to support business goals. The ideal candidate excels in UI/UX design, front-end technologies, and collaborative problem-solving.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Translate user requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to gather requirements
  • Participate in core team meetings and provide actionable updates
  • Own end-to-end design alignment and cross-functional integration
  • Create engaging, responsive, and accessible web interfaces
  • Mentor junior team members as needed
  • Implement front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and drive design improvements
  • Conduct A/B testing and validate design decisions
  • Maintain strong accessibility (WCAG) and SEO principles
  • Generate reports on website traffic, user engagement, and conversion trends
  • Partner with stakeholders to support project milestones and timelines

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
  • 3+ years of experience with CMS platforms, version control, and dashboarding
  • 3+ years of experience using design tools such as Canva, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • 3+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
  • 3+ years of understanding of SEO principles and WCAG accessibility standards
  • 3+ years of Agile methodology and version control systems (e.g., GitHub)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Experience supporting government or enterprise IT projects
  • Experience presenting design concepts to stakeholders
