UI/UX Design Faculty

As a UI/UX Faculty, you will be responsible for educating and mentoring students on UI/UX design principles, tools, and best practices. You will teach students how to create intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences while ensuring they understand both the theoretical and practical aspects of UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging UI/UX design courses that cover design principles, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and more.
• Teach industry-standard UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and others.
• Guide students in creating user-centered design solutions for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
• Provide hands-on training in UI/UX methodologies, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Mentor students in portfolio development and real-world projects to help them build their design careers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Provide constructive feedback to students on their design work and encourage creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Organize workshops, practical sessions, and design critiques to improve student skills.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and others.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience in mobile-first and responsive design for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design thinking, user research, and creating seamless user journeys.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Passionate about educating and inspiring students, with a desire to help them develop their design skills.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,924.87 per month

Work Location: In person
