UI/UX Designer|| 1 to 3 years of Exp|| Mohali

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design and the ability to create intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define user flows and interactions.

Design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces aligned with project requirements.

Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

Maintain and contribute to design systems for consistency across products.

Present design concepts and justify decisions based on UX principles.

Required Skills:

1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.

Ability to create design flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.

Good to Have:

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better design-to-development alignment.

Experience creating design systems.
