UIUX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Design: Drive UI/UX design for high-impact digital products and services.
• User Research: Conduct and oversee research to inform design decisions.
• Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design concepts.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Process Improvement: Streamline design processes and ensure project scalability
• Global Projects: Manage design for both local and international products

What we are looking for:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing work in key digital products.
• 16 years of education.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
• Experience leading teams and working on global projects.

Key Skills:

• Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
