UI/UX Designer

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and highly usable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires translating complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs while ensuring consistency and adherence to established design systems. The designer will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life, drive innovation in user experience, and maintain high-quality design standards that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual design principles to ensure consistency across products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.

Create responsive designs using Figma, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.

Work with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into applications.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Arabic and English language proficiency required.

Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Strong knowledge of visual design principles and design systems.

Expertise in Figma and experience creating reusable design components.

Proficiency with Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive and interactive designs.

Familiarity with TypeScript for interactive prototyping and front-end collaboration.

Experienced in Figma (primary design tool).

Experienced in Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator for prototyping, graphics, and visual assets.
