UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences, translating business requirements into intuitive designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and consistent UI elements, layouts, and components for web and mobile applications.
• User Experience Research: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs work seamlessly across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to improve product usability and aesthetics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
