UI/UX Designer

TBI is seeking a creative, user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in designing intuitive, responsive, and high-impact user experiences across our internal systems, client platforms, and digital products.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design principles, usability, and interaction patterns, and is eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the look and feel of modern, functional web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interface requirements and interaction models.
  

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
  

• Design responsive UI elements for web and mobile applications based on brand and usability standards.
  

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.
  

• Work with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI components.
  

• Design intuitive dashboards, forms, and interaction flows for software and SaaS interfaces.
  

• Maintain and evolve UI design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
  

• Identify design problems and propose elegant, user-centered solutions.
  

• Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  

• 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch , or similar.
  

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects with clear problem-solving and design thinking.
  

• Excellent attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and typography.
  

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  

• Own laptop required.
