UI/UX Designer

Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging designs that enhance usability and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate research insights into design strategies that improve user experiences.
• UI/UX Design
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Develop high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are consistent, modern, and brand-aligned.
• Ensure designs follow usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into functional products.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team output.
• Design Systems & Guidelines
• Build and maintain a scalable design system, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Ensure consistency across platforms and products by adhering to established design patterns.
• Continuous Improvement
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.
• Suggest and implement innovative approaches to improve user experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of responsive design, web/mobile UI guidelines, and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable design solutions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Female Candidates are preferred.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and animation tools.
• Understanding of design thinking methodologies.
• Experience in data-driven design using analytics and user feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
