Responsibilities:

• Create simple and delightful user experiences for our customers.
• Build smart, effective websites/mobile/tablet apps that drive user engagement.
• Act as a bridge between design and front-end engineering.
• Maintain and optimize existing websites/platforms/visuals for an improved user experience.
• Lead projects both large and small while collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers.
• Support the marketing team with creative design tasks, including visuals, responsive email campaigns, and online promotions.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design intuitive UI elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate functionality and user flow.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (e.g., responsiveness).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to brand style guidelines, including fonts, colors, and imagery.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• A portfolio of real or conceptual design projects (Applications without a portfolio/sample work will not be considered).
• Experience with raster and vector design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Salary:

PKR 140,000 – 200,000 per month, depending on skills and expertise (this is a ballpark range, not definitive).

Location: Lahore (On-site)
