Canva Designer

We’re looking for a creative Canva Designer to produce on-brand visuals for social media, presentations, marketing collateral, and light motion assets. You’ll turn concise briefs into clear, scroll-stopping designs, maintain brand consistency, and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data.

What you’ll do

• Design static and animated graphics in Canva Pro (posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, ads).
• Build and maintain Brand Kits and reusable templates; enforce typography/color usage.
• Create decks, one-pagers, posters/flyers, event and email graphics using modular layouts.
• Adapt creatives to multiple sizes/platforms with proper export settings (web & print with bleed/crops).
• Organize asset libraries (logos, icons, images) and keep versions tidy.
• Collaborate with marketing/copy on concepts, content calendars, and quick revisions.
• Track creative performance and iterate (A/B variations, thumbnails/hooks).

Requirements (must-have)

• Portfolio link showcasing Canva work (templates + live posts/decks).
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency with Canva Pro features (Brand Kit, Magic Resize, Animations, Mockups).
• Knowledge of platform specs (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and file optimization.
• Excellent attention to detail; comfort with fast turnarounds and feedback.

Nice to have

• Basic photo/video editing (trims, captions) inside Canva.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite or Figma.
• Accessibility awareness (contrast, font sizes, captions).
• Experience running A/B creative tests.
