UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless UI implementation.
• Create design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
• Optimize UI/UX based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working with Agile development teams.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with accessibility and usability guidelines.
