UI/UX Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design engaging, user-friendly digital experiences for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces that delight users.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
• Design intuitive user interfaces with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, and modern design trends.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
