About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of professional experience in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern design tools, have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define user needs.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring both usability and aesthetic appeal.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate designs.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, and color schemes across all products.
• Deliver detailed design assets and specifications to development teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects (web and mobile).
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,888.30 - ₹28,000.00 per month
