UI/UX Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and designing visually appealing, functional interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into engaging, intuitive design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered design solutions.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and ensure brand consistency across products.
• Translate user insights and business requirements into effective design concepts.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Present and communicate design ideas and decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Ability to conduct user research, create personas, and define user journeys.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and usability.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
