Role : UI UX Designer

Experience:

Location and Work Arrangement:

· Work from Office

· Monday – Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

· 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• User Interface Design (UI):
• Design visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Ensure the consistency of design elements and brand identity across all platforms.
• User Experience Design (UX):
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Create user personas and user journey maps based on research.
• Design intuitive navigation systems and user flows that enhance user satisfaction.
• Continuously improve designs by analyzing user feedback and making iterations.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to align design with business goals.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including UI/UX case studies and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
