UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create design solutions.
• Design intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts.
• Develop engaging UI designs that align with brand identity and deliver excellent user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate and smooth implementation of designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and user-centered design.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end practices is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
