UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer – On-Site | Full Time

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

with a strong eye for aesthetics, usability, and user-centered design. The ideal candidate will transform ideas into engaging digital experiences — crafting intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with business goals and delight users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered interfaces for mobile and web platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and refine design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Ensure brand consistency, visual harmony, and accessibility across all touchpoints.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design (agency or product-based).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience creating responsive designs for multiple screen sizes.
• Knowledge of prototyping, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience collaborating with development teams (React, Swift, Flutter).
• Understanding of front-end limitations and how to design for feasibility.
• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Previous work on SaaS products or enterprise-level dashboards is a plus.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
