UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design seamless and responsive UI for web and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, user interviews and competitor analysis to create and understand user journeys.
• Ensure all designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with branding guidance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design seamless user experiences across our tech platforms and campaign landing pages
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to improve design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, components, and style guides for brand consistency.
• Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for different devices.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design principles, and best practices in web and app design.
• Continuously iterate designs based on feedback and testing.
• Translate product and marketing strategies into user flows, wire-frames, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Design and Deliver: Develop wireframes, user stories, journeys, and mock-ups optimized for various devices and platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Identify design challenges and implement innovative solutions.
• Strategic Decision Making: Contribute to high-level design and UX decisions that align with business objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Studio, Framer, UXPin, Origami Studio) and possess foundational HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
• Problem-Solving: Identify design challenges and implement innovative solutions.
• Strategic Decision Making: Contribute to high-level design and UX decisions that align with business objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Studio, Framer, UXPin, Origami Studio) and possess foundational HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.

Qualificatios:

• Bachelor's degree in design or any related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the UI/UX field.
• Proficiency in design software, attention to detail, and the ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in B2B & Product based designing.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design for websites, product dashboard, and branding projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
