We are looking for a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about design, user experience, and bringing creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Visual Design: Design and deliver visually appealing, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
• User Testing: Plan and conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user input.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into the design process to improve and refine the user experience.
• Documentation: Prepare and present design documentation, including design specifications and guidelines, to guide the development process.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
• Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
