Location: SISPN Technology, Gulshan-e-Iqbal 13 D/2, Karachi.

Shift: Night Shift (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM).

Job Type: On-Site.

Join our dynamic team at SISPN Technology as a UI/UX Designer & Developer! In this exciting night shift role, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, shaping the future of our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

· Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

· Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions.

· Prototype and iterate on UI/UX concepts through wireframing, mockup creation, and usability testing.

· Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries like React or Vue.js.

· Maintain a consistent and brand-aligned design throughout all digital touchpoints.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear project understanding and timely delivery.

Requirements:

· Strong understanding of design principles, user interface conventions, and interaction design.

· Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

· Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including modern frameworks).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.

Required Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
• Hands-on experience with markup languages
• Fluency in a variety of programs, software, and systems such as React js, Re-usable web components, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, UI Design, and HTML
• Experience with backend data / API integration using JSON and RESTful web services
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite,XD, Photoshop and Figma.
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Webflow will be a plus point.
