UI/UX Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing dashboards, admin panels, and backend interfaces. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing functional and user-friendly interfaces tailored for data visualization and backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance the UI/UX of dashboards, admin panels, and other backend interfaces.
• Conduct user research to understand requirements and improve usability.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize user experiences for efficiency and accessibility.
• Maintain consistency in design by following UI/UX best practices and guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in dashboard and admin panel design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and UI design patterns.
• Knowledge of responsive design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience working with developers and understanding backend functionalities.
• Ability to translate complex data into user-friendly visualizations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in designing enterprise applications or SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or similar for design handoff.
• Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
