About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. You will work closely with our UX Head, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to conceptualize and deliver high-quality designs across mobile, web, and desktop platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design seamless, user-friendly interfaces for mobile apps, web apps, and websites.
• Create engaging UI elements, icons, illustrations, and animations to enhance user experience.
• Build reusable design systems, components, and templates for consistency across all platforms.
• Translate design concepts into detailed UI specifications and deliver assets for development.
• Conduct usability and A/B testing to analyze and optimize designs based on user data.
• Develop creative visual strategies to improve engagement, retention, and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong expertise in Interaction Design, Motion Design, Visual Design, and UI Design.
• Demonstrated experience in building design systems and defining visual languages from scratch.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Experience with 3D software (e.g., Blender) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your best UI/UX projects and design process.
