Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Work Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT (Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to transform user needs and business requirements into functional and engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze user behaviors to guide design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design clean, modern, and user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure precise implementation of design elements.
• Refine designs through user feedback, usability testing, and input from stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and uphold consistent UI/UX standards.
• Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a comparable design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and successful project outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalents.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform usability.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and user behavior analytics.
• Skills in motion graphics or UI animations considered a strong asset.
