UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will work closely with senior designers and developers to design and improve user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure the feasibility of design concepts.
• Help design user interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices in UI/UX.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic understanding of design principles and tools (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Familiarity with user-centered design processes and methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
