Job Description
At UniAthena, we are on a mission to deliver flexible, affordable, and globally recognized education through cutting-edge digital platforms. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help us elevate the user experience across our web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in designing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces that align with our brand vision and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into engaging UI/UX solutions.
- Develop user-centered design strategies and bring them to life with wireframes, mockups, user flows, storyboards, and site maps.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, content teams, and fellow designers in an agile environment to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- Conduct UX research and usability testing to identify areas of improvement and refine design solutions accordingly.
- Maintain design consistency across platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and UI standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our digital interfaces.
Skills Required:
- 1 - 6 years of strong hands-on experience in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, and similar design tools.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interaction designs, and responsive layouts.
- Sound understanding of visual design principles — color theory, typography, spacing, and composition.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Bootstrap, and media queries is a plus (not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
