1. Conduct in-depth analysis of overseas e-commerce user groups (including regions such as Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East), focusing on user behavior, cultural preferences, and pain points to develop user profiles and scenario-based experience strategies.

2. Continuously optimize product experience through user research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, etc., to improve conversion rates and user retention.

3. Lead the interaction and visual design of overseas e-commerce platforms (Web/App), producing high-fidelity prototypes, design guidelines, and documentation to ensure designs meet international standards.

4. Stay updated on global design trends and ensure effective localization (such as language, payment methods, cultural sensitivities), balancing consistency in user experience with regional differences.

5. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to efficiently implement design solutions and align user experience with business goals.

6. Proactively identify business needs, propose innovative solutions, and drive validation and implementation.

Job Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with overseas e-commerce, cross-border platforms, or international product projects.

2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Design (Interaction/Visual/Industrial Design), Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields preferred.

3. International perspective: Familiar with us er characteristics across different regions, capable of solving user experience challenges caused by cultural differences (such as RTL language adaptation, localized payment scenarios).

4. Professional skills: Proficient in the full process of user research, interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing. Skilled in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

5. Business sensitivity: Deep understanding of e-commerce business logic (such as shopping cart processes, recommendation algorithms, promotion systems), and ability to connect user experience with key business metrics like GMV and CTR.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with global design standards (such as Material Design, Apple HIG) and accessibility design requirements.

· Experience in user growth or data tracking and analysis.

Soft Skills:

· Proactive: Able to independently lead projects, willing to innovate, and capable of driving cross-team collaboration.

· Strong communication: Able to clearly articulate design logic and balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
