UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

The position, We’re looking for a professional and experienced team player with

excellent communication skills that leads the design of our clients with a high

focus on user experience and design principles.

Responsibilities:

● Define user needs and translate business requirements into effective

interactive prototypes for web, desktop, mobile and other devices

● Participate in user research and usability evaluation

● You will act as an advocate for both user needs and business needs.

● Based on tasks/requests priorities by the team, producing solutions using user

flow, interfaces, diagrams, graphic designs, and storyboards

● Creating design systems and guidelines for developers

● Collaborating with the team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored

users experiences

● Analyzing user feedback and activity and iterating to enhance the user

experience

● Using recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements

to include in UX/UI design experiences

Requirements:

● Strong experience with bringing ideas to life from brainstorming and concepts

to wireframes, production, iterations, and the final hand-off

● Portfolio of design projects (online or offline)

● You are passionate about design and constantly seeking to expand your

knowledge and grow your skill set

● Proficiency in prototyping and design tools, Figma (mandatory), Adobe

Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)

● Experience with UX-driven design

● Deep understanding of how responsive websites are built and work. When

designing an element, we need the design for all possible states and common

screen sizes.

● Ability to work under tight deadlines

● Strong attention to detail

● A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of UI/UX design experience for

digital products or services.

● Strong communication skills

● A team player but can work independently too

● Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Not required nice-to-haves:

● Experience with InVision and Zeplin

● Ability to create illustrations

● HTML and CSS understanding

● Experience with Jira/Slack/Trello/Team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
