UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web applications and CMS solutions. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design seamless user experiences that align with business goals. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about modern design trends, usability, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:1. User Research & Experience Design

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to improve user flows.
• Develop interactive prototypes to test concepts before development.

2. UI Design & Visual Aesthetics

• Design modern, responsive, and visually engaging interfaces for web applications and CMS platforms.
• Maintain a consistent design system that aligns with branding guidelines.
• Ensure designs are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.

3. Collaboration with Development Teams

• Work closely with MERN stack developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Provide clear design specifications, assets, and documentation.
• Participate in Agile workflows (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews).

4. UX Optimization & Accessibility

• Implement UI/UX best practices to improve usability and engagement.
• Ensure web apps meet accessibility (WCAG) standards for inclusive design.
• Conduct A/B testing and gather feedback to refine UI/UX continuously.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Experience: 2-5 years in UI/UX design, preferably in web applications or CMS development.
✅ Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
✅ Prototyping & Wireframing: Experience with low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototyping.
✅ Front-End Understanding: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
✅ User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility.
✅ Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work in cross-functional teams with developers and product managers.
✅ Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing real-world UI/UX design projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Experience designing SaaS-based web applications or CMS platforms.
⭐ Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI design.
⭐ Understanding of Agile and Lean UX methodologies.
⭐ Familiarity with Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or other modern design frameworks.
