UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences, combining aesthetics with functionality. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand user requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, responsive, and consistent across platforms (web & mobile).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to optimize user journeys.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Create and maintain design systems, guidelines, and UI assets.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.

Nice to Have:

• Motion graphics / animation skills.
• Experience with Design Systems.
• Understanding of accessibility standards.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
