Role: UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer who can translate ideas into engaging user experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of end-to-end design.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the complete UI/UX workflow from research to final design.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design assets using Figma/Adobe tools.
• Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions and design discussions.
• Collaborate with UI developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Work with UX researchers to conduct and analyse user research.
• Coordinate with UX writers to maintain consistent and effective UI copy.
• Contribute to both strategic product decisions and detailed design execution.
• Work on intuitive and scalable SaaS product designs.
• Follow best practices for interaction design, accessibility, and usability.
• Maintain and enhance our design system.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe design tools.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design (1–3 years) with a solid portfolio.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction patterns, and visual design.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Creative problem-solving with attention to detail.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Basic understanding of JavaScript, DOM, and front-end fundamentals.
• Exposure to WebGL, Three.js, or other 3D technologies.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems.
• Ability to design new products from scratch.
• Understanding of version control tools (Git).
• Passion for emerging tech and innovative design trends.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Mathematics / Commerce / Computer Science / Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
(Strong and consistent academic record preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹41,702.55 per month
