UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
• Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and analytics.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience designing for WordPress, SaaS platforms, or mobile apps.
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Notion, or Jira.
