UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.

• Maintain and improve design systems and component libraries.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requiements:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility principles.

• Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Experience in designing SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise software.

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.

• Understanding of motion design and micro-interactions.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
